Terms and Conditions

Latest update: October 11, 2026 · Operator: Riverbound Studios LLC (Wyoming, USA)

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Reveal Metrics. This document will help you understand how you can use our services and what you can expect from us.

1.Introduction

These Terms govern, in a legally binding way:

  • the use of Reveal Metrics, including its web application at revealmetrics.io, its API and its MCP server,
  • any other related agreement or legal relationship with Riverbound.

Where these Terms refer to 'the Service', the reference is to Reveal Metrics.

Capitalised words are defined in the dedicated section at the end of this document.

Nothing in these Terms creates any relationship of employment, agency, or partnership between the involved parties.

Reveal Metrics is provided by:

Riverbound Studios LLC - 30 N Gould Street, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA

Information about Reveal Metrics

Riverbound Studios LLC operates Reveal Metrics, a web application at revealmetrics.io that lists businesses advertising on Meta platforms together with estimated ad-driven revenue, ad spend, reach, Proof Scores, ad creatives and detected technologies. The data is derived from the public Meta Ad Library and from publicly available benchmark research. Reveal Metrics offers account registration, a free plan with a limited preview, and paid subscription plans. Reveal Metrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2.Terms of use

By using Reveal Metrics, the User confirms that:

  • the User is recognised as an adult under applicable law,
  • the User is not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or designated by the U.S. government as a 'terrorist-supporting' country,
  • the User is not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties,
  • the User is not located in a sanctioned territory designated by an authority to which Riverbound is directly or indirectly subject, and
  • the User is not a Competitor and does not act on behalf of one, as described under 'Competitors' below.

Accounts

Using the Service beyond its public pages requires an account. The User must provide accurate registration information, keep it up to date, verify the e-mail address on the account, and keep their credentials confidential. The User is responsible for everything that happens under their account and must notify Riverbound without delay at contact@riverbound.net if they suspect unauthorised use.

An account belongs to one individual human being. Accounts may be grouped into a workspace, the workspace owner and its administrators are responsible for the people they invite and for the use those people make of the Service.

Users may close their account at any time from the account settings. Riverbound may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, where the User breaches these Terms, where required by law, or where the account is used in a way that harms the Service or other Users. What happens to Personal Data when an account is closed or terminated is described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, payments and cancellation

The Service is offered on a free plan with a limited preview and on paid subscription plans described in the pricing section. Each plan includes a set number of seats, a seat may be used by one individual human being only.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. By subscribing, the User authorises Riverbound to charge the payment method on file for each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes, applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.

The User may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, the User keeps access until then and no further charges are made. A User who is not satisfied may ask for a full refund of the first payment on a new subscription within fourteen (14) days of that payment, once per workspace, by writing to contact@riverbound.net, access to the paid plan ends when the refund is issued. Renewals, plan changes and later payments are non-refundable, except where these Terms or mandatory law provide otherwise. Where a payment fails, Riverbound may retry it and, if it continues to fail, move the workspace to the free plan.

Riverbound may change the prices of paid plans. A higher price applies only from the next billing period after Riverbound has given the User at least thirty (30) days' notice by e-mail, the User may cancel before it takes effect. Limited-time offers and discounts apply only for the period and under the conditions stated when they are offered.

Right of withdrawal for European Consumers

Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid subscription within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving a reason, by writing to contact@riverbound.net within that period. Riverbound refunds such a withdrawal in full and does not charge for the Service used in the meantime, this right applies alongside the refund described above.

Nature of the data

Revenue, ad spend, reach, growth and similar figures shown in the Service are estimates. They are produced from public signals such as the Meta Ad Library and from publicly available benchmark research, and they are not audited financial statements, they are not disclosed by the businesses concerned, and they may be wrong for any given business. Proof Scores and AI-generated analyses are opinions produced by Riverbound's methods and models, not statements of fact.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Users make their own decisions on the basis of the Service and remain solely responsible for them. Riverbound may correct, update or remove any figure or listing at any time.

The businesses listed in the Service are third parties. Their names, logos and advertisements are shown for the purposes of research, analysis, commentary and comparison and imply no endorsement of, or affiliation with, Riverbound. A business that wishes to raise a concern about its listing may write to legal@riverbound.net.

Content on the Service

Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognisable, all content made available through Reveal Metrics is owned or provided by Riverbound or its licensors.

If a User believes that any content on the Service infringes a legal provision or a third-party right, they should report it to Riverbound using the contact details in this document, without prejudice to any legal remedy available to them.

Rights regarding content - all rights reserved

Riverbound holds and reserves all intellectual property rights in the content of the Service.

Users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer, or create derivative works from any content of the Service, nor permit any third party to do so, except as necessary for the proper use of the Service or as expressly permitted in writing by Riverbound.

Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright is unaffected.

Access to external resources

The Service may link to or reference resources provided by third parties. Riverbound has no control over those resources and is not responsible for their content or availability.

How to file a takedown notice (a 'DMCA notice')

If copyright owners or their agents believe that any content on the Service infringes their copyrights, they may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ('DMCA') by providing Riverbound's Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed,
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site,
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Riverbound to locate the material,
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Riverbound to contact the notifying party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the notifying party may be contacted,
  • A statement that the notifying party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the notifying party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to comply with all of the requirements outlined above may result in invalidity of the DMCA notice.

Copyright infringement notifications may be submitted to Riverbound's Copyright Agent at the following address:

DMCA Agent Riverbound Studios LLC 30 N Gould Street, STE R Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 United States Phone: (307) 218-7803 Email: dmca@riverbound.net

Counter notification

Riverbound will take reasonable steps to notify the User if their material is removed in response to a DMCA notice. The User may submit a counter notification to the Copyright Agent containing the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, Riverbound will promptly forward a copy to the original notifying party and will replace the removed material in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days after receipt, unless Riverbound first receives notice from the original notifying party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the User from engaging in the alleged infringing activity.

Repeat-infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Riverbound has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users whom Riverbound (in its reasonable discretion) determines to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Acceptable use

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights. The User must not, and must not permit any third party to:

  • access or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including export control, sanctions, anti-spam, anti-discrimination, fair-credit-reporting, and data-protection laws,
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party,
  • access the Service through any means other than the interfaces provided by Riverbound, or attempt to circumvent any technical access controls,
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law,
  • extract, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, cache, or systematically copy Brand Data or any other content of the Service, whether by automated means, by hand, or by instructing others to do so, beyond the browsing the interfaces are designed for,
  • redistribute, resell, publish, or make available to any third party data obtained from the Service, or use it to build, train, or improve a competing product, database, or model. Showing figures from the Service to the User's own clients inside the reports, presentations and advice the User prepares for them is permitted, feeding the data into a product, dataset or model that is offered to others is not,
  • reconstruct the dataset, in whole or in substantial part, or maintain a shadow database from responses of the API or the MCP server,
  • share an account, session, or API credential with anyone else, or let more than one individual human being use a seat,
  • access the Service programmatically other than through the API and MCP server included in the plan the User subscribes to, and within the quotas that apply to them,
  • circumvent, probe, or overload rate limits, quotas, plan restrictions, or other access controls,
  • use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR, or comparable laws,
  • upload to the Service any malware, exploit, or content the User does not have the right to submit,
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a written authorisation from Riverbound.

The API and the MCP server may be used through third-party software, such as AI assistants and coding tools. That software is provided by its own vendor under its own terms, the data the User's assistant retrieves from the Service is processed by that vendor on the User's instructions, and Riverbound is not a party to that arrangement. Anything an assistant, script or other software does with the User's API key or MCP connection counts as done by the User.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the User's access to the Service without refund of any prepaid fees, recovery of damages, and reporting to competent authorities.

Competitors

Reveal Metrics is not available to Competitors. A Competitor may not register an account, join a workspace, subscribe to any plan, including the free plan, or otherwise access or use the Service, and may not have anyone else do so on their behalf, unless Riverbound has given its express prior written permission.

No User, whether a Competitor or not, may access or use the Service in order to:

  • build, design, improve, or market a product or service that competes with Reveal Metrics,
  • copy or imitate its features, functions, interface, design, workflows, copy, pricing, methods, or data,
  • benchmark it, monitor its availability, performance, or functionality, or carry out any other competitive analysis of it, or
  • pass anything learned from the Service to a Competitor.

Registering while being a Competitor, or misrepresenting one's identity, employer, or purpose in order to gain access, is a material breach of these Terms. In that case the licence granted under these Terms never arises, Riverbound may suspend or terminate every account involved immediately and without refund of any prepaid fees, and Riverbound reserves the right to seek damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedy available under applicable law.

Riverbound may ask a User to confirm that they are not a Competitor and may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a User is a Competitor or is acting on behalf of one.

Software licence

Any intellectual or industrial property rights, and any other exclusive rights on software or technical applications embedded in or related to Reveal Metrics are held by Riverbound and/or its licensors.

Subject to Users' compliance with and notwithstanding any divergent provision of these Terms, Riverbound merely grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to use the software and/or any other technical means embedded in the Service within the scope and for the purposes of Reveal Metrics and the Service offered.

This licence does not grant Users any rights to access, usage or disclosure of the original source code. All techniques, algorithms, and procedures contained in the software and any documentation thereto related are Riverbound's or its licensors' sole property.

All rights and licence grants to Users shall immediately terminate upon any termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Children

The Service is not directed to children. Riverbound does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age within the meaning of the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ('COPPA'), or under sixteen (16) years of age within the meaning of Article 8 GDPR. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal information to Riverbound, the parent or legal guardian may contact contact@riverbound.net to request deletion.

3.Liability and indemnification

Unless otherwise explicitly stated or agreed with Users, Riverbound's liability for damages in connection with the execution of the Agreement shall be excluded, limited and/or reduced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Riverbound and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees harmless from and against any claim or demand by any third party - including legal fees and costs - arising out of or relating to: (a) the User's breach of these Terms, (b) the User's violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) the User's use of the Service in any manner not permitted by these Terms or by applicable law, in each case to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Riverbound may, at its option and expense, assume sole control of the defence and settlement of any claim subject to indemnification under this section. The User shall cooperate as reasonably requested. The User may not settle any claim in a way that imposes liability or admits fault on Riverbound without Riverbound's prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Unless otherwise explicitly stated and without prejudice to mandatory law, Users shall have no right to claim damages against Riverbound (or any natural or legal person acting on its behalf).

This does not apply to damages to life, health, or physical integrity, damages resulting from a breach of material contractual obligations (i.e., obligations strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract), or damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

Unless damages have been caused by way of intent or gross negligence, or they affect life, health or physical integrity, Riverbound shall only be liable to the extent of typical and foreseeable damages at the moment the contract was entered into.

In addition to the above, where the User is a legal entity (such as a company, partnership, or other organisation, rather than an individual human being), Riverbound's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total payments received from that User over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or the total payments due over the duration of the Agreement, whichever is shorter.

Australian Users

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar state and territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for a breach of a non-excludable right and liability which is not otherwise excluded under these Terms, is limited, at Riverbound's sole discretion, to the re-performance of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

US Users

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided strictly on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Use of the Service is at Users' own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riverbound expressly disclaims all conditions, representations and warranties - whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from Riverbound or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Without limiting the foregoing, Riverbound, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct, that the Service will meet Users' requirements, that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure, that any defects or errors will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is downloaded at Users' own risk and Users shall be solely responsible for any damage to Users' computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or Users' use of the Service.

Riverbound does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and Riverbound shall not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between Users and third-party providers of products or services.

The Service may become inaccessible or it may not function properly with Users' web browser, mobile device, and/or operating system. Riverbound cannot be held liable for any perceived or actual damages arising from Service content, operation, or use of this Service.

Federal law, some states, and other jurisdictions, do not allow the exclusion and limitations of certain implied warranties. The above exclusions may not apply to Users. This Agreement gives Users specific legal rights, and Users may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The disclaimers and exclusions under this Agreement shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Riverbound, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for:

  • any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service,
  • any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorised access or use of the Service or User account or the information contained therein,
  • any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,
  • personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from User access to or use of the Service,
  • any unauthorised access to or use of Riverbound's secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein,
  • any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service,
  • any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service,
  • any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, and/or
  • the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User or third party.

In no event shall Riverbound, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an amount exceeding the amount paid by the User to Riverbound hereunder in the preceding 12 months, or the period of duration of this Agreement between Riverbound and the User, whichever is shorter.

This limitation of liability section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the User. The Terms give the User specific legal rights, and the User may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under the Terms shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Riverbound and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees harmless from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses, arising from:

  • the User's use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by the User,
  • the User's violation of these Terms, including, but not limited to, the User's breach of any of the representations and warranties set forth in these Terms,
  • the User's violation of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, any right of privacy or intellectual property rights,
  • the User's violation of any statutory law, rule, or regulation,
  • any content that is submitted from the User's account, including third-party access with the User's unique username, password or other security measure, if applicable, including, but not limited to, misleading, false, or inaccurate information,
  • the User's wilful misconduct, or
  • any statutory violation by the User or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.Common provisions

No waiver

Riverbound's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Service interruption

Riverbound may interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or other changes. Where possible, Riverbound gives advance notice by posting in the Service or on revealmetrics.io, emergency maintenance, security incidents, and force-majeure events may require interruption without prior notice.

Within the limits of law, Riverbound may suspend or discontinue the Service.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms (other than payment obligations) where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riot, pandemic or epidemic, acts or omissions of governmental authorities, nationwide telecommunications, internet, or power outages, failures of third-party hosting, content delivery, or upstream providers (including netcup, Backblaze, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Meta Platforms, Google Workspace, or any other infrastructure or upstream provider on which the Service depends), cyber-attacks (including denial-of-service attacks), or labour disputes affecting the affected party. The affected party will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance and will notify the other party of any material force-majeure event without undue delay.

Service reselling

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without Riverbound's express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.

Privacy policy

Riverbound's processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service - including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, patent rights, and design rights - are the exclusive property of Riverbound or its licensors, protected by applicable law and international treaties.

Changes to these Terms

Riverbound may amend these Terms at any time. Riverbound will inform Users of material changes by posting a notice in the Service or on revealmetrics.io, or by e-mail to the address on the User's account, at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Changes apply only from their effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. Users who do not accept the changes may terminate the Agreement before the effective date by stopping use of the Service and notifying Riverbound. The previous version governs the relationship until the User's acceptance and is available from Riverbound on request.

Assignment of contract

Riverbound may transfer, assign, novate, or subcontract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms (for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the business). Where such a transfer materially diminishes the User's rights, the User may terminate the Agreement free of charge by giving notice to Riverbound or its successor within thirty (30) days of being informed of the change.

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Riverbound's prior written consent.

Notices

Notices to the User will be given by posting in the Service or on revealmetrics.io, or by e-mail to the address on the User's account, the User is deemed to have received notice on the day it is sent or posted. Notices to Riverbound must be sent to contact@riverbound.net (general matters), legal@riverbound.net (legal notices and service of process for non-US matters), or dmca@riverbound.net (copyright matters), and to the registered office address indicated in the Introduction. Service of process by e-mail alone is permitted only where mandatory law expressly authorises it.

Feedback

Any suggestion, idea, request, recommendation, or other feedback the User provides to Riverbound concerning the Service, whether through support channels, surveys, social media, or otherwise, is provided voluntarily and on a non-confidential basis. The User grants Riverbound a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit such feedback for any purpose, including incorporating it into the Service, without obligation of attribution or compensation. The User represents that they have the right to grant this licence.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

US Users

Any such invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted, construed and reformed to the extent reasonably required to render it valid, enforceable and consistent with its original intent. These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between Users and Riverbound with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all other communications, including but not limited to all prior agreements, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EU Users

Should any provision of these Terms be or be deemed void, invalid or unenforceable, the parties shall do their best to find, in an amicable way, an agreement on valid and enforceable provisions thereby substituting the void, invalid or unenforceable parts. In case of failure to do so, the void, invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions, if so permitted or stated under the applicable law.

Without prejudice to the above, the nullity, invalidity or impossibility to enforce a particular provision of these Terms shall not nullify the entire Agreement, unless the severed provisions are essential to the Agreement, or of such importance that the parties would not have entered into the contract if they had known that the provision would not be valid, or in cases where the remaining provisions would translate into an unacceptable hardship on any of the parties.

Authoritative version of these Terms

These Terms are drawn up in English, which is the authoritative version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Prevalence of national law

Exception for Consumers in Switzerland

If the User qualifies as a Consumer in Switzerland, Swiss law will apply.

Venue of jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and the parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

Exception for Consumers in Europe

The above does not apply to any Users that qualify as European Consumers, nor to Consumers based in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland.

Exception for Consumers

The above does not apply to Users qualifying as Consumers.

US Users - jury and class action waiver

Each party specifically waives any right to trial by jury in any court in connection with any action or litigation. Any claims under these Terms shall proceed individually and no party shall join in a class action or other proceeding with or on behalf of others.

Consumers based in Scotland may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms in either the Scottish or the English courts. Consumers based in Northern Ireland may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

Surviving provisions

This Agreement shall continue in effect until it is terminated by either Riverbound or the User. Upon termination, the provisions contained in these Terms that by their context are intended to survive termination or expiration will survive, including but not limited to the following:

  • the User's grant of licences under these Terms shall survive indefinitely,
  • the User's indemnification obligations shall survive until the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations,
  • the disclaimer of warranties and representations, and the limitation of liability provisions, shall survive indefinitely.
